Yes. Fact checking and source citations help you review the work, but they do not guarantee every answer is correct. Inspect the supporting passages, especially where study populations, endpoints, or designs differ. Maven can flag missing evidence and questions that need further diligence.

You can add reports and project documents you are permitted to use. Access to a third-party database depends on its license and available integration. Share the source and intended workflow so we can assess what is supported.

Yes. Save the research method and deliverable format as a workflow, then set a schedule. Each run uses fresh evidence and the connected context available to the workflow. Monitoring can also keep selected files current between scheduled runs.

Yes. Use Maven’s recommended model routing or choose from the available frontier models. When you use the MCP connector in an external assistant, that assistant runs the model and calls Maven for intelligence.

Yes. Add project documents and custom data connectors to give the agent your internal context. In an external assistant, Maven intelligence works alongside that assistant’s connected tools. Review the intended sources, access, and security requirements with your IT team.

No. Maven does not train AI models on customer data, and our model providers are contractually prohibited from doing so. We can walk your security team through data handling, model providers, and retention requirements during its review.

Maven receives individual tool calls, not your full Claude conversation. Those calls can include search terms or context the assistant sends. The connector records inputs, responses, and operational data as described in its privacy policy.

No. The MCP connector provides read-only research access. Actions such as writing files or updating another system depend on the assistant’s separate tools and permissions. File maintenance within Maven is a separate platform capability.

Yes. Bring an asset, market, or recurring deliverable, along with the questions your team needs to answer. We can demonstrate the research and outputs against that brief before scoping a wider evaluation.

Choose a real task and a few known sources or developments. Compare coverage, citation quality, time spent checking the work, and how much editing the deliverable needs. For monitoring, compare the relevant changes Maven surfaces with your existing process over an agreed period.

Annual team licensing includes pooled AI credits. Your quote sets out the allowance, usage terms, and integration scope.

You can use the Maven application and build workflows through the agent without writing code. Connecting an assistant requires account access and may need IT approval. Custom API integrations and data connectors need setup scoped to your environment.
